Pre-Positioning & Visioning

Our facilitation of senior stakeholders visioning sessions provides clients with the opportunity to put organisational leaders in a room together, to co-create a vision and high level route map. This vital exercise sets out the desired ‘To Be’ position and key activities along the change journey, ensuring there is alignment and buy in from the outset.

Within the Pre-positioning stage our team will engage with senior stakeholders and partners with the goal of achieving a shared vision, stakeholder alignment and consensus. The start of any change initiative requires buy-in and an agreement on what success looks like. Our team independently guide and facilitate discussions with senior stakeholders and leaders to help reach a vision / narrative with identified critical success factors and desired outcomes.

The Route Map is a visual and qualitative tool to help describe an organisational journey through desired experiences, quantifiable actionable steps or new initiatives, which help an organisation or business successfully navigate to an envisioned future destination or structure. The top horizontal axis describes the positive change in the external transactional experience and the vertical axis to the right describes the internal capability enhancement.

Through these exercises we are able to build a narrative for the proposed change journey, agree timecsales, Governance and appropriate communication channels. Our team will support the creation of collateral and comms content throughout the journey and guide internal teams towards the organisation’s sustainable future goals.
