Why?
We live in a constantly changing and dynamic world. Society has started to address its inequalities and the impact we have on our environment but there is still much to do. One example of this is the disparity in economic and health outcomes between the North and the South of the UK. The governments ‘Levelling up’ agenda is an attempt to close the gap and increase the productivity of the nation as a whole through investment in jobs and infrastructure. It is however, vital that this investment coupled with other initiatives drive real sustainable growth, leave a skills legacy, create social value in our communities and set the country on a path to a lower carbon future.
GenNorth can help your organisation to navigate these initiatives, generating a sustainable future through the effective delivery of socially conscious property and infrastructure.
