Development of Client or Project specific Net Zero Carbon Strategy based on reducing existing Carbon Footprint or new Carbon Baseline over a required period. Carbon baselines are generated for Scope 1 ,2 and some Scope 3 elements based on Client consultations and estate energy and water data.
Development of new Environmental Social Governance (ESG) policies based on appropriate industry targets and Client aspirations. Benchmarking of business against existing ESG policies and monitoring implementation.
Advice on the environmental and health and wellbeing impact of material choices. Co-ordination of embodied carbon modelling to establish potential carbon savings, options and LETI benchmarking. Preparation of Circular Economy Statements based on Whole Life Carbon Assessments.
Management of the implementation of Net Zero Carbon, ESG or other sustainability requirements across businesses, estates and individual projects. NHS or DfE Net Zero Co-ordinator role.
