Introducing Helen Nicol

Having joined GenNorth as a Director over a year ago, Helen heads up our Strategic Workplace Consultancy Team. With current market challenges, new hybrid working practices and carbon reduction goals, the creation of an effective and efficient footprint has never been so important, with behavioural and cultural change at the heart!

Working closely with organisations in the public and private sector, Helen has facilitated and augmented several projects to assist businesses with estate strategies, operational process, cultural change and business transformation. With a proven track record for supporting organisations with improved performance and efficiency through engagement programmes.

Having a design background, Helen provides a vital link between the integration of workplace consultancy outputs and the design process, coordinating consultants and client relationships with knowledge of the full delivery and implementation process. Much of the value being drawn from a data driven, evidential approach to real estate strategies and people experience.
