Adam leads our team of programme and project management specialists providing expert senior level leadership and strategic advice to drive programmes and projects through the project lifecycle from inception to completion, whilst ensuring the correct governance and processes are put in place to achieve a successful project.

Adam brings over 20 years experience in the Construction and Property industry across both Public and Private Sectors, he has a proven track record in all aspects of project and programme management throughout the project lifecycle from strategic planning through to operation.

Using his skills based around management, performance, delivery and effective communication, he has supported and managed contractors, clients, stakeholders and fellow consultants to ensure successful project delivery from inception to completion. His enthusiasm and ability to deliver excellence has helped build effective working relationships in all environments, influencing the successful management, development and delivery of projects at all stages.
