With over 35 years’ experience working for both her own and large corporate consultancies, Wendy joined GenNorth in the autumn  of 2023.

Wendy is a passionate professional with proven leadership and commercial expertise in building estates’ sustainability and net zero carbon requirements. She brings clarity and a collaborative approach to the delivery of sustainable and carbon reduction strategies utilising experience gained across multiple business sectors in this growing area of expertise.

Wendy was a chartered civil and structural engineer and BREEAM AP & Assessor experience in ESG Policies, Net Zero Carbon strategies, co-ordination and declarations, Embodied Carbon Modelling and BREEAM, LEED, HQM, WELL, Fitwel accreditations. She is also able to offer Net Zero Carbon Co-Ordinator Services against the NHS Net Zero Carbon Standard and the Department of Education Net Zero Carbon requirements.

Away from work, Wendy loves tennis, singing and gardening and spending time with her family.
