Richard brings a wealth of experience in programme and project management across a number of sectors, particularly the public sector and corporate real estate. He has experience of the full project lifecycle from property strategy development though to initial justification and the business case for programmes and projects to procurement and delivery. Throughout his career, Richard has established an excellent track record of planning and delivering complex multi-disciplinary programmes and projects on time and to budget.

Richard established GenNorth in August 2021 after a career with large corporate consultancies that allowed him the opportunity to develop and refine his leadership and consulting skills for the benefit of clients.
