Richard is a results driven professional with proven leadership and commercial expertise with over 30 years experience.

Richard established GenNorth in 2021 after a career with large corporate consultancies.  He brings energy and a collaborative approach to the delivery of quality solutions through an empowered and motivated team. Richard has particular expertise in strategic planning, governance and the development and implementation of capital programmes, particularly in the public sector and in corporate real estate.  He has established an excellent track record of planning and delivering complex multi-disciplinary programmes and projects on time and to budget.

In his spare time, Richard enjoys spending time with his family, outdoor cooking, reading, playing golf and planning road trips!
