A director level Business, FM & Leisure professional with over 25 years’ experience in Workplace Management, Strategic & Operational delivery, Consultancy, Change Projects and Business Reengineering across both private and public sectors including global companies.

Peter’s career started in the Royal Air Force and NATO as a Logistics Officer. Thereafter he has held various National and International Operational roles with many links to various sectors and government departments. An innovative & strategic leader, Peter has a first-class management record and achieves results by instilling great leadership, commitment, trust, teamwork and loyalty. Peter also has great experience in non-executive Director positions and extensive skills and experience in the following areas:

• Operations & Facilities Management - developing of worldwide service delivery models to align with customers’ requirements, client objectives, Heath, Safety and Sustainability and drive value for money.

• Project Leadership of global workplace projects including; operations, workplace change, FM, procurement, finance, property and office acquisitions, leases and disposals.

• Workplace Change & Business re-engineering – Delivery and upgrading of day-to-day operations, identifying new ways of working, developing new environments and delivering savings.

• A keen and active sportsman and expedition leader. Peter enjoys Golf, Running, Hill Walking Sailing (Qualified Skipper). Peter has organised and managed golf in the Royal Air Force including national & international tournaments.

• Non-Executive roles as Director and Deputy Chair of Make it York + Leadership Executive of York and N. Yorkshire Chamber.
