Lisa Childs

Lisa is a qualified Chartered Surveyor with over 30 years’ experience in the property industry, both private and public sector. Also a qualified Project and Programme manager, with a wealth of experience across a number of sectors. Understands the need to manage targets and expectations as well as achievement of results. Considerable experience of delivering public sector funded schemes and PMO assurance.

Key skills in relationship management and creation of public / private partnerships. Well organised and efficient. Enthusiastic and eager to take on new challenges. Both a diplomatic leader and a participative team member.

Experienced in delivering town centre regeneration schemes and investment into employment land, infrastructure and public transport initiatives. Lisa was previously a Programme Manager at West Yorkshire Combined Authority responsible for in excess of £350m investment in infrastructure and public transport schemes. Responsible for bringing a number of high-profile schemes through the funding and assurance processes and into delivery.

She has experience of the full project lifecycle from initial justification and the business case through funding bids, solution planning and development to procurement and delivery. Throughout her career, Lisa has established an excellent track record of planning and delivering complex multi-disciplinary programmes and projects on time and to budget. Lisa has been recognised for her achievements in infrastructure, regeneration and programme management both by the head of the Department for Transport and also the Prime Minister.

In her spare time, Lisa loves volunteering for the Kings’ Trust, photography and travelling.
