Experienced in delivering regeneration schemes and investment into employment land, infrastructure and public transport initiatives. Until recently Lisa was a Programme Manager at West Yorkshire Combined Authority responsible for in excess of £350m investment in infrastructure and public transport schemes. Responsible for bringing a number of high-profile schemes through the funding and assurance processes and into delivery.

Lisa is a Chartered Surveyor and qualified Project and Programme Manager, with a wealth of experience across a number of sectors. She has experience of the full project lifecycle from initial justification and the business case through solution planning and development to procurement and delivery. Throughout her career, Lisa has established an excellent track record of planning and delivering complex
multi-disciplinary programmes and projects on time and to budget. Lisa has been recognised for her achievements in infrastructure, regeneration and programme management both by the head of the Department for Transport and also the Prime Minister.
