Kelly’s project management and leadership skills within Private and Public sector organisations are derived from an extensive career within the built environment spanning 12 years, with a strong soft skills focus that is welcomed across a diverse range of business stakeholders and end-users.

Her more recent experience embedded within teams across Facilities, Design and Property and Asset Management only strengthens this, achieving the highest standards for clients across healthcare, commercial property and retail, hospitality and residential sectors complimenting her very personable approach.

Kelly’s interpersonal skills and multi-disciplinary experience have enabled her to develop a unique and multifaceted empathetic approach to strategic and constructive negotiation across all stakeholder teams. Her highly developed soft skills have been resourceful in meeting deadlines for time critical and complex projects while ensuring that the highest standards and specifications are met.

Outside of work, Kelly enjoys hiking in the peak district and is an avid Newcastle United fan, as well as volunteering in her spare time.
