Danielle is a MRICS chartered quantity surveyor with experience working on a number of high-profile projects in Leeds and Manchester such as the Hyde Park Picture House redevelopment and 11 York Street new-build office. Danielle has worked for a variety of different clients in a range of sectors giving her a sound understanding of the importance of considering project specifics and key client requirements when driving value for a project. Danielle’s expertise spans the full project lifecycle, from feasibility studies and cost planning to procurement, contract administration, and project monitoring.

After working with GenNorth for over a year on a variety of projects, Danielle has joined the company as an Associate Director to establish and lead its cost management offering. Her recent work with Luminate Education Group highlights her skills in streamlining processes, commercial management of capital projects, and delivering value in challenging environments. 

With a passion for advancing the industry, Danielle is a judging panel member for the British Council for Offices Northern region. 

In her spare time Dani loves to travel, with Australia next on her list.   She also loves watching Rugby League, supporting her local team.
