Charlotte is a highly adaptable and professional Project Manager with the ability to collaborate and successfully achieve the best possible project outcomes and objectives for clients.

Having previously worked for a large corporate consultancy, Charlotte has experience across all aspects of project and programme management and has worked for a range of cross sector clients in the Education, Science and Financial Institutions. Charlotte is driven and able to proactively manage risk and expectations whilst fostering strong relationships with clients, design teams and contractors. 

With over six years of industry experience, Charlotte has experience in traditional project management, and the delivery of NEC4 contracts as well as managing PMO environments. Her knowledge of data analytics, programme organisation and reporting has enabled her to undertake key process improvements and maximise client confidence through governance management.  

Charlotte joined Gen North in April 2024, her role will be focussed on using her skills to deliver effective project management solutions to clients.
