Charlotte is a highly adaptable and professional Project Manager with the ability to collaborate and successfully achieve the best possible project outcomes and objectives for clients. She has worked on a range of projects and programmes across the Education, Health Care, Science and Financial Institutions sectors within Construction Consultancy. Charlotte is driven and able to proactively manage risk and expectations whilst fostering strong relationships with clients, design teams and Contractors. 

Charlotte has experience in traditional project management, and the delivery of NEC4 contracts as well as managing PMO environments. Her background in data analytics, programme organisation and reporting has enabled her to undertake key process improvements and maximise client confidence through governance management.

Spending time with her partner and their young son is Charlotte’s priority at weekends.  She also loves to travel and try new cuisines.
