Mark is an experienced project manager with a successful career as a consultant project manager of over 23 years.  This has given Mark an understanding of most aspects of organisation and project management, including: team and project organisation, company and project finances, project processes, HR and risk management.

Mark has excellent interpersonal skills and is quickly able to appreciate the key drivers and necessary direction of a new project. Mark is familiar with working within public sector procurement regulations and frameworks such as: Government Procurement Service (formerly Buying Solutions) Project Management and Multi-disciplinary framework; YorConsult; Ministry of Justice Strategic Alliance; Leeds Teaching Hospitals Trust; DEFRA PM & Design Framework; Shell Contract Management Framework.

Mark has successfully completed a large variety of projects across most construction sectors including:
